PAULDING - Rose Marie Holtsberry, age 77, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Vancrest of Payne. Rose was born on June 8, 1947, in Paulding, OH to the late Carl and Saralene (Frey) Ashton. On June 20, 1965, she married the love of her life, Rodger L. Holtsberry. Rose graduated from Blue Creek High School in 1965. She worked at the Paulding County Home and then as a nurse aide at Hometown Nursing Home until her retirement. Rose was a member of Paulding United Methodist Church, where she was very active in the women's group and Vacation Bible School. Rose will be lovingly remembered for her freshly baked cookies and her love of Pepsi. Rose is survived by her loving husband, Rodger Holtsberry, Paulding, Ohio; children: Chris (Brian) Hupp, Delaware, Ohio; Kim (Dave) Johnson, Baltimore, Ohio; Kelly (Neal) Stouffer, Payne, Ohio; Brad (Jennifer) Holtsberry, Swanton, Ohio; grandchildren: Megan and Joel Hupp; Abby, Kyle, and Rory Johnson; Matthew, Jacob, Luke, and Emma Stouffer; Juliann
