NORTH CANTON - Patricia "Patti" Anne Pessefall (Seibenick) passed away peacefully on August 21, 2024, at the age of 79. Patti was the beloved wife of Clifford "Cliff" or "Bud" Pessefall, Jr. Patti was born December 15, 1944, in Defiance, Ohio to Richard and Mildred (Noneman) Seibenick. One of the greatest love stories of all time began when Patti met Cliff at the age of 16 at the Skylark in Defiance. Their first date was to see the movie "Lady and the Tramp," which was showing at the old Valentine Theater. A couple years later, Cliff proposed to Patti outside the Post Office, following which they married on July 27, 1963, at Saint John's Catholic Church. To this day, Cliff likes to say that Patti was the most beautiful bride he's ever seen.
