LeRoy - LeRoy - Richard C Miller Jr, 84, of LeRoy passed away Monday June 24, 2024, at McLean County Nursing Home, Normal, Illinois. Visitation will be from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Saturday June 29, 2024, at Trinity Community Fellowship, Farmer City, Illinois. A funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. also at the church. The burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, LeRoy, Illinois. Memorial donations may be made to LeRoy American Legion or Trinity Community Fellowship.Richard was born January 25, 1940, in Defiance, Ohio, a son of Richard C. and Elizabeth (Sowers) Miller Sr. He married DeeAnn Vance, March 15, 1989.Surviving are his wife DeeAnn of 35 years; sons, Douglas M Miller (Cathy Ringor), Doylestown, Ohio; Shawn D. (Heather) Miller, Dayton, Ohio; and Steven C (Crystal) Miller, Napoleon, Ohio; stepdaughters, Rhonda Heap, LeRoy, Illinois; and Laura (John) Kennedy, Buckeye, Arizona.
